Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance at this time. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks.

What are your spa hours?

At this time, services performed at the spa are by appointment only. Keep an eye out on our social media accounts for the days we are accepting walk-ins!

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Please ensure any forms you have received are filled out and submitted prior to your appointment. If booking for multiple individuals, please ensure to reach out with name and contact information for other guests.


If booking for mobile services, please provide location if other than address on file.

What is your mobile fee & how far do you travel?

We have a $49 standard mobile fee for services within a 25-mile radius from 821 East Grant Hwy, Marengo IL. For services provided outside of a 25-mile radius from the spa, a $100+ mobile fee will be applied at time of checkout.

Do you have an appointment cancelation policy?

We understand that unplanned issues may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.


If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 24-hour advanced notice.


No shows & cancellations received without a 24 hours' time frame or a from the scheduled appointment will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
